Terms of Service

1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Lutro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lutro mobile application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms supplement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. CONTENT AND PHOTO PROCESSING

Lutro processes your photos locally for all editing tasks. However, if you use the "Exhibition" feature, you acknowledge and agree that your shared content will be stored on our secure cloud infrastructure (Apple CloudKit) to be displayed to other users.

Objectionable Content Policy (Guideline 1.2): There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users in the Exhibition feed. You may not share content that is offensive, insensitive, upsetting, intended to disgust, or in exceptionally poor taste. Lutro reserves the right to immediately remove any objectionable content and suspend or terminate the accounts of users who violate these guidelines within 24 hours.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

Lutro offers optional premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions processed through Apple. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings after purchase.

4. USER AUTHENTICATION

Certain features may require registration via Apple or Google. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App integrates with Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, and the App Store. Use of these services is subject to their respective Terms of Service.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
