Terms of Service

1. INTRODUCTION & LEGAL OPERATOR

Welcome to Lutro. Lutro is operated and provided by Nafiz Atilla Okan, an individual developer based in Türkiye. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lutro mobile application (the "App") and the Exhibition feature.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Community Guidelines. These Terms supplement and incorporate Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

2. CONTENT PROCESSING, OWNERSHIP & LICENSE

Local Photo Processing: Lutro performs all photo editing operations locally on your device. Outside of Exhibition, source photos remain strictly on your device and are not uploaded to any server.

User Content Ownership: You retain full copyright ownership of any photographs, editing recipes, and content you create or submit. Lutro does not claim ownership of your content.

Limited Operational License: When you submit content to Exhibition, you grant Lutro a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable license strictly necessary to host, store, process, review, format, display, and distribute your submitted photo previews (downsampled up to 2048px) and edit recipes within the Lutro application.

This operational license ends when your content is removed or your account is deleted, subject to temporary technical infrastructure backup cycles and moderation retention required for legal compliance or safety.

3. USER RIGHTS AND PERMISSIONS

By submitting content to Exhibition, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have all necessary licenses, permissions, and rights to submit and share it.
• You have obtained any necessary model, property, location, or privacy releases for recognizable individuals or private property depicted in your submission.
• Your submission does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other proprietary right of any third party.

4. PUBLIC NATURE OF EXHIBITION

Exhibition is a public, community-viewable area within Lutro:

• Only posts that have received manual admin approval are published and viewable in the Exhibition gallery.
• Submissions may be viewed by both guest users and signed-in members once manually approved by an administrator.
• 2048px before-and-after photo previews and associated edit recipes are viewable by the community, and edit recipes may be copied by other users for photo editing.
• You should not include private, confidential, or personally identifying information in your submissions.

5. PRE-PUBLICATION REVIEW, MODERATION & REPORTING

Pre-Publication Review: Every submission to Exhibition is routed to our admin moderation panel and requires manual admin approval before public display. No content is published without manual admin approval. Apple Sensitive Content Analysis may run on-device when permitted by device policy; regardless of whether on-device analysis runs or its outcome, every submission is sent to admin moderation for manual review. Submission does not guarantee publication.

Report & Block Controls (Apple Guideline 1.2): Both guest and signed-in users can report objectionable content or block abusive authors from the Exhibition detail screen. A Report sends the item to our admin moderation queue for review as promptly as reasonably possible. Reported content remains visible pending an admin decision. A Block immediately hides all posts by the blocked author for the blocking user on their device; blocking does not globally remove content for other users. Block preferences may persist locally or sync across supported devices depending on the user’s account and iCloud status.

Zero Tolerance: There is zero tolerance for objectionable content, illegal material, harassment, CSAM, hate speech, or abuse. Prohibited categories are specified in our Community Guidelines.

6. PUBLICATION DURATION & CURATION

Approved Exhibition posts are published for a default lifetime of 24 hours. Curated featured posts or administrative showcase selections may remain visible for extended periods. Once expired or removed, posts are removed from the active public feed, subject to temporary technical backup and moderation record retention.

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

All filters, presets, settings, and editing effects within Lutro can be tried and previewed before making a purchase; exporting the final processed image requires Lutro Pro.

Lutro offers optional premium features through Apple In-App Purchase. Monthly and Yearly options are auto-renewable subscriptions. Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. Prices may vary by country, currency, applicable taxes, and Apple's pricing tiers.

All digital purchases are processed by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in your Apple Account Settings before the end of the current period.

Important Notice on Account Deletion: Deleting your Lutro account from within the app DOES NOT automatically cancel your active Apple subscription. You must manage your subscription through Apple to avoid future charges.

Lifetime purchases represent a one-time, non-consumable unlock and are not an auto-renewable subscription.

Using the "Restore Purchases" button will attempt to sync your current entitlements with Apple and will never create a new charge or purchase. Guest users can complete purchases and restore entitlements based on their App Store receipt. All refund requests are strictly managed by Apple in accordance with App Store policies; canceling a subscription does not automatically grant a refund for the current billing period.

8. ENFORCEMENT AND ACCOUNT TERMINATION

Lutro reserves the right to reject any submission, remove published content, restrict submission privileges, or suspend or terminate accounts for conduct that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, or as required by law.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
